HO PARTNERSHIP was established in April 2017 and co-founded by two of its Partners, Wilson and Bryan Ho.

 

Prior to co-founding Ho Partnership, both the Partners came from established legal firms in Kuala Lumpur. With a combined experience of over 20 years, the Partners have undertaken and acted on varied legal assignments primarily involving civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, adjudication, corporate advisory, commercial, family, probate and conveyancing matters.

Today, the Firm has grown into a versatile and dedicated team which provides comprehensive legal services including advising and structuring agreements, giving complex corporate advisory services particularly on start-ups and new business ventures, handling complex disputes in the areas of civil, corporate and commercial law, conducting dispute resolution processes such as arbitration, adjudication and mediation, particularly those in the construction industry and many more.
