Kai Hwei graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2018.

 

She then commenced her pupillage at a boutique firm in Petaling Jaya, which specialises in construction matters. Upon completing her pupillage and being called to the Malaysian Bar in 2019, she started working as a Paralegal in a law firm in Petaling Jaya, handling general litigation and conveyancing matters.

 

Having a versatile background, Kai Hwei joined Ho Partnership thereafter and is now primarily involved in general litigation matters. She also assists the Partners in arbitration and advisory matters, which includes employment law, construction law, corporate and company law, bankruptcy and insolvency law as well as probate matters.
